Appointments
All appointments are subject to availability. We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.
Health Disclosures
Clients are required to complete an intake form and any applicable consent forms prior to treatment. It is your responsibility to disclose any medical conditions, medications, allergies, or contraindications that may affect your treatment. Providing incomplete or inaccurate information may affect your safety and treatment outcomes.
Treatment Results
Results vary by individual. While we use professional-grade techniques and products, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Multiple treatments may be required to achieve desired results.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept major credit cards and cash. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Limitation of Liability
Secret Beauty Skin Studio is not liable for adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed health conditions, medications, or failure to follow pre- and post-treatment instructions.
